Ministry of Health (MOH) approved Antigen Rapid Tests (ART) are available at selected Parkway Shenton Medical Clinics islandwide. We also offer a remote Virtual Supervised ART option that is conducted through video conferencing.

These physical and virtual ARTs are suitable for a wide range of needs, particularly pre-departure tests for overseas trips, nightlife outings, events and as part of regular testing for COVID-19 infections.

A Guide to Virtual Supervised ART

1. Make your booking

• Book your Virtual Supervised ART session online here, call our Parkway Shenton hotline at +65 6812 3391 (available 24 hours), or WhatsApp message us at +65 8198 7777. Let us know the type of Virtual Supervised ART required and your preferred timeslot.

• Do note our WhatsApp operating hours: Monday to Friday 8.30am – 5.30pm, Saturday 8.30am – 12.30pm

2. Provide key details

The following details will be required:

• Full name

• NRIC / Passport number

• Date of birth

• Email address

• Mobile number

• Destination country and flight details (if applicable)

3. Confirmation through SMS or email

The appointment confirmation will contain the following details:

• Time of appointment

• Zoom link

• Payment link

• Reminder message one day before

4. Items to prepare

Have these items on hand during the session.

• NRIC / Passport

• Mode of payment

• Payment link will be provided upon confirmation of your appointment. Payment can be made online via credit / debit card (Visa or MasterCard) or SGQR PayNow.

• An unused and unopened ART kit. Please ensure that your ART kit is accepted in Singapore and is HSA-approved. You may refer here for the latest list of approved ART kits.

5. Attending your appointment

• Log in with the link provided just before the scheduled time.

• Please be punctual for your appointment. Sessions will only be held for 10 minutes.

6. Results in 30 minutes

• Notification of Virtual Supervised ART result will be sent within 30 minutes.

• For regular tests, an SMS link will be sent for review on HealthHub.

• For nightlife activities and pre-event tests, an SMS link will be sent for review on HealthHub. Results will also appear in your TraceTogether app for 24 hours.

• For pre-departure tests (both inbound and outbound travel), expect an email with your results from Accredify within 6 hours.

• Patients with overseas mobile numbers will receive an SMS with a link to ART results.

In the event of a positive ART result, please self-isolate and observe the MOH COVID-19 management protocol here. A polymerase chain reaction (PCR) swab test may also be undertaken to confirm the COVID-19 infection.

Each ART result is valid for 24 hours.
